OGC Nice is proud to announce the arrival of Gaëtan Laborde from Rennes. 

Throughout his career, he has scored wherever he has played, also earning plaudits for his courageous and industrious performances. Gaëtan Laborde (28) is a Ligue 1 stalwart with 59 goals in 202 games. Following his first steps at the Bordeaux youth academy and spells at Red Star, Brest and Clermont, it’s in Montpellier that he really took a step up.

 Between 2018 and 2021 alongside Andy Delort, the pair formed a dominant partnership that proved a handful for every defence in the country. They will now by reunited under Lucien Favre, and OGC Nice can only hope they will rekindle that prolific understanding in a squad full of attacking talent (Diop, Pepe, Ramsey, Ilie, Bouanani).  

 Gaëtan Laborde arrives from Stade Rennais, whom he joined in summer 2021 and with whom he played in European competition, totalling 47 games, 19 goals and eight assists, including a final strike at Lens last weekend.
