This Thursday, a day after the derby, the diagnosis was confirmed after further examinations: Jeff Reine-Adélaïde has suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament of the left knee. 

On Friday the player will travel to Lyon, where he underwent the same operation on his right knee in 2019, to meet the surgeon.

This injury is a huge blow for the player and Les Aiglons, but more than anything, a terrible test of the human spirit.
