Although the Allianz Riviera was sadly empty for a 105th Mediterranean Derby that would have deserved to come to a close with a moment of collective joy with the fans, one supporter still received an invitation to the party.

After attending the first victory of the season (2-1 against Lens), the INEOS Grenadier was back to cheer on Les Aiglons. Designed to cope with the most difficult environments in the world, the 4x4 experienced a Saturday that was full of emotions. From its platform at the bottom of the Tribune Garibaldi, it witnessed Thuram’s opener at the other end of the pitch. Before fully benefitting, from its front row seat, goals from Gouiri and Claude-Maurice, as Le Gym romped home to the club’s biggest win over OM for almost five decades (3-0). Something that would have deserved a couple of hoots of the horn!
