This Sunday, OGC Nice were defeated by Bordeaux in matchday 20 of Ligue 1 (0-3).

It was a disappointing Sunday for the Aiglons. Despite 45 good minutes in a 3-5-2 with an attacking duo of Dolberg and Gouiri who caused problems and the Gym attacked well, they were picked apart early in the second half and never recovered.

Hwang opened the scoring after being played through on his own in the box by Adli (0-1, 51’).

Fifteen minutes from full time Baysse rose highest to head home and double the lead from a corner (0-2, 75’).

Basic finished the game off after breaking from midfield and finishing confidently left footed (0-3, 87’).

The Aiglons did miss a crucial chance on the hour mark when Gouiri hit the post from a Myziane cross. They also created a few more chances through Boudaoui and Kamara in the first half and the Lees-Melou in the second.

Next up is a trip to Lens next Saturday (matchday 21, kick off at 17:00).
