Ligue 1 Uber Eats
The Gym move up one place
After a good win away at Angers this afternoon (0-3), the Aiglons are moving up the Ligue 1 table. In fifth place at the start of Matchday 9, the Rouge et Noir now sit in fourth position.
With 17 points on the board the Côte d’Azur club are just one point behind Rennes in third, and four points off table toppers Paris Saint-Germain.
There are two games still to play today. Monaco (12th) and Bordeaux (9th) face each other at 5pm CET in the Principality, while second-placed Lille are at home to Lyon (8th) this evening. These two games won’t make any difference to the Gym’s position in the Ligue 1 table.
The meeting between Marseille (5th) and Lens (10th), initially due to take place on Friday evening, has been postponed to a later date, which is yet to be confirmed.
