For the first match at the Allianz Riviera after the aerial disaster in Colombia, the Aiglons and their fans paid tribute to the numerous victims, among whom were members of Brazilian football team Chapecoense.

While several large banners were deployed in the stands and our Brazilian captain Dante wore an armband in the colours of his nation, the emotion went up a notch when the Nice fans gave powerful voice to a song in honour of 'Chape' at the beginning of the second half, and then again - this time along with the players - at the end of the match.
