Victor Orakpo extends his contract with OGC Nice until 2028

"After taking a few months to adapt, I've found my feet and I'm feeling better and better. I really liked the pre-season and the coach and I communicate a lot. I know exactly what he expects of me. I'm very happy to be extending my contract. It proves that the club is counting on me and I'm counting on them in order to improve. I want to contribute to the team and make the fans proud." Determined and ambitious, Victor Orakpo is now under contract with OGC Nice until 2028

Having arrived at the club in January from the Bayern Munich youth setup, the powerful Nigerian forward (18 years old, 1.95m) trained with squad during the first part of the year, before being integrated into the first team during the pre-season. During the summer, he announced himself with 2 goals, scoring against Rizespor and Ipswich.

After a great summer, Orakpo got his first minutes in L1 under his belt at Auxerre.
