Khephren Thuram transfer to Juventus completed

OGC Nice and Juventus have reached an agreement on the transfer of 23-year-old Khephren Thuram.
He arrived at Le Gym in 2019, having just turned 18, to sign his first professional contract. 5 years and 167 games later (9 goals), Khephren Thuram leaves the club with the status of French international (1 appearance), to take up a new challenge in the ranks of Juve, who finished 3rd in the last Serie A season.

At the time of this departure, OGC Nice can only be proud. Proud of the development of a young midfielder, who debuted in L1 on 17th August 2019 at Nîmes, who has become vice-captain. Proud of the essential role that Khephren has played in all the highlights of recent years, in L1, in the Coupe de France and in the European Cup. Proud of his unwavering commitment. Proud, finally, to have accompanied him during these fine seasons and to see him leave for a prestigious club in European football.

"Before I leave, I'd like to thank everyone at Nice: the directors, all my coaches and their staff, all the supporters, the employees and, of course, all my team-mates," says Khephren Thuram. "When I arrived at Le Gym at the age of 18, I grew up here both on and off the pitch, and that's something I'll treasure for the rest of my life. I wish the club all the best and it will always have a place in my heart."

Now it's OGC Nice's turn to wish Khephren every success. Thanks for everything and good luck for the future!
