Having joined OGC Nice in the autumn of 2022, Florent Ghisolfi has officially left Les Rouge et Noir to become AS Roma’s new technical director.

The news, which was announced by Jean-Pierre Rivère following the 2-2 draw with Lille on the final day of the season, was made official by the Italian side a few days ago. “I really like Florent as a person. He now leaves for AS Roma, which is a great opportunity that proves that we made the right choice. We’re really happy for him; we’ve had a great time together. We’d like to thank him for his efforts and wish him all the best,” hailed the OGC Nice president.

The club’s CEO, Fabrice Bocquet, was equally thankful: “Congratulations to Florent on this new journey and all the best to him; he deserves it. I’d like to thank him for his commitment to Le Gym in the last 18 months, during which time we’ve enjoyed some exciting moments together.”
