Marcin Bułka, Poland
Marcin Bułka and Poland will be in UEFA EURO 2024 play-off action as they face Estonia in the semi-finals this Wednesday in Warsaw. If they win, the Biało-czerwoni will take on the winner of the tie between Wales and Finland in the play-off final next Tuesday for a place at this summer’s tournament.
Jérémie Boga, Ivory Coast
The AFCON champions are set to make their return to the pitch this week, with two friendlies awaiting Jérémie Boga and Les Éléphants: one against Benin this Saturday in Amiens and another against Uruguay in Lens next Tuesday.
Hicham Boudaoui, Algeria
Hicham Boudaoui has joined up with Les Fennecs, who have two home friendlies lined up: one against Bolivia this Friday and another against South Africa next Tuesday.
Khephren Thuram (France’s U21s)
Having got himself on the scoresheet away to Lens last weekend, Khephren Thuram will now train with Les Bleuets, who also have two friendlies pencilled in: one against Ivory Coast’s U21s this Friday in Châteauroux and another against the United States’ U21s next Monday in Sochaux.
Mohamed-Ali Cho and Antoine Mendy (France’s U20s)
2004-born pair Mohamed-Ali Cho and Antoine Mendy have joined up with France’s U20s for a double header of friendlies against their German counterparts, with the two games taking place in Spain on 22nd and 25th March respectively.
and finally…
Two of Nice’s academy players will also be on international duty this week, with Iliesse Salhi called up by France’s U17s and Nassim Laarej chosen by Morocco’s U15s. While Les Bleuets will travel to England to take on Hungary, Northern Ireland and their English hosts, the young Moroccans will play a double header of matches against Zambia.
