Francesco Farioli today gave an update on Sofiane Diop at the start of his pre-match press conference, with two days to go until his side’s game away to Nantes. Having come off early against Toulouse, Diop is “suffering from a fracture in his right third metatarsal. It’s quite a serious injury. He’ll be out for six weeks, so we’ll see how it develops over the next few days, but he certainly won’t be back before Christmas.”
