OGC Nice has decided to appeal to the CNOSF (French National Olympic and Sports Committee) to contest the closure of the lower part of the Populaire Sud Stand.

This decision by the LFP disciplinary commission is solely related to the use of pyrotechnic devices during the match against Olympique de Marseille, particularly firecrackers that do not contribute to the match's atmosphere and harm the club and the vast majority of supporters.

Le Gym also wishes to emphasise the overall good behaviour of its supporters for many months, both at the Allianz Riviera and during away matches, and is committed to ensuring that they are not stigmatised.
