Club employees attend seminars at Château de Crémat
OGC Nice’s entire team of employees got together at the Château de Crémat on Wednesday for a day of seminars.
The club’s first-team manager and coaching staff, its academy staff, its administrative staff and the rest of its employees gathered at one of Nice’s most iconic landmarks yesterday, the Château de Crémat, which was built in 1906, just two years after Le Gym was founded.
After a spot of lunch out in the sun, those who work on a daily basis to make the club a success took part in a series of enriching discussions with senior staff from both OGC Nice and INEOS. After a general introduction from club president Jean-Pierre Rivère, the floor was handed over to Dave Brailsford and Jean-Claude Blanc, who presented INEOS Sport’s aims and reinforced the ambition of the club’s owners. Finally, Fabrice Bocquet, OGC Nice’s CEO, outlined the club’s overall strategy for the next few seasons, with input from sporting director Florent Ghisolfi regarding on-pitch matters.
The club’s employees were then invited to take part in various team-building workshops.
Mission accomplished!
