Nice have won their last four league games against Brest, their best run against a current top-flight opponent (3-2 in 2020-2021, then 2-1 and 0-3 last season).

WOODWORK STRUCK FOR AN EIGHTH TIME!

Teed up perfectly by Jordan Lotomba, Gaëtan Laborde saw his effort strike Marco Bizot's post, the eighth time this season the Aiglons have found the woodwork in Ligue 1.

A CLEAN SHEET FOR LE GYM

Thanks in large part to a great Kasper Schmeichel - and helped out by timely interventions from Todibo and Lotomba - Nice registered a second Ligue 1 clean sheet of the season after the one picked up in Ajaccio (0-1). It's the fourth in all competitions (the 2-0 win over Maccabi Tel-Aviv in the play-off and the 1-0 victory against Slovacko in the Conference League).

LES AIGLONS TRIED A LOT

Le Gym had 14 goal attempts (nine on target). Brest goalkeeper Marco Bizot made a career-high eight saves.
