OGC Nice and FC Nantes have reached an agreement for the loan of Evann Guessand (without option to buy) for the 2022-23 season.

The striker, who is looking for playing time, will play next season on the banks of the River Erdre. The native of Ajaccio intends to continue his progress with the club who finished in ninth place in the league last season.

This is the second time in his young career that the 21-year-old Aiglon has been loaned out by his parent club. After a convincing season at Lausanne-Sport (35 games in the Swiss top flight, with seven goals and five assists), he took part in 25 games under Christophe Galtier (two starts, one goal).
