The “I Love Nice” sign and blue chairs painted red and black

With the Coupe de France final fast approaching, enthusiasm in our dear city of Nice is growing bigger and bigger – but it’s also becoming more and more beautiful. At a time when the whole city is draping itself in red and black and supporters are colouring their walls and balconies, two symbols have been given a makeover: the famous “I Love Nice” sign, which takes centre stage at the tip of the Quai Rauba Capeu, and the equally iconic blue chairs, which give onlookers strolling along the Prom’ a stunning view of the Mediterranean.

The red and black colours have geared these two symbols towards the final at the Stade de France whilst also making for some gorgeous snaps. May they bring good luck to Le Gym and to the people of Nice!

Many more surprises will soon be revealed to the people of Nice in places and on monuments that they know very well indeed…
