The replay of Nice - Marseille will be played at a neutral ground on 27 October, more than 800 kilometres from the Allianz Riviera. The stade de l'Aube, where ESTAC usually play, was chosen on Thursday to host the replay between Nice and Marseille, after the incidents that occurred on August 22.

The match will be played behind closed doors, with kick-off scheduled for 21:00. It will be broadcast live on Prime Video.

In their last visit to Troyes, the Aiglons won 2-0 (with an Alassane Plea brace) on 1 April 2018. As luck would have it, they will return there for the first time against ESTAC, ten days beforehand, on Sunday 17 October.
