Moussa Wagué leaves OGC Nice at the end of this 2019/20 Ligue 1 season and his final contribution will be remembered for a long time. His assist for Kasper Dolberg in stoppage time of the final match of the campaign, that secured a last-minute 2-1 derby win over Monaco, came after a first assist for Adam Ounas away to Bordeaux (1-1). After five Ligue 1 matches, the 21-year-old Senegalese defender, loaned to Nice from Barça last winter, will now return to Catalonia. OGC Nice has decided not to trigger the option to buy. The club thanks him for these last months in Rouge et Noir and wishes him the best for the future challenges in his career.
