Biography
Born in Roanne, Lucas Da Cunha joined the Stade Rennais youth academy aged 15, and after a number of reserve team appearances, he played five times for the first team in the 2019/20 season, including twice in the Europa League. Actually, he made his senior debut in that competition in a win over Lazio in December 2019.
He signed for Nice in September 2020, and joined Lausanne-Sport on loan, scoring six times and tallying one assist in 28 games for the Swiss outfit in his first full senior season.
Back on the Côte d'Azur, he made his maiden first-team start in the goalless draw with Reims on the opening day of the 2021/22 Ligue 1 season.
He returned to Nice in June 2022, but was finally transferred to Como (Serie B) in January 2023, without featuring during the 2022-2023 season.
