Biography
In March 2021, after 49 appearances and one goal for the club, Danilo headed back to his native Brazil to sign for Palmeiras on loan. In his homeland, he played 30 matches, including 7 in the Copa Libertadores (1 goal). Returning to Le Gym during the winter, he made one appearance at centre back for the match at Strasbourg (0-0), before leaving OGC Nice permanently in August 2022.
