Medical update before Strasbourg - Nice

Francesco Farioli took stock of his squad 48 hours before kick-off against Strasbourg (3pm on Sunday at La Meinau).

Asked about a possible change of personnel in Alsace, Francesco Farioli explained that ‘with this schedule, there's a four-day gap between the match in Marseille and the trip to Strasbourg. All the players - apart from Sofiane Diop (end of season) and Valentin Rosier (reathletisation) - can be back at 100% to play. That gives us a chance to see how capable we are of playing these 3 games in a row, which could also be the new normal next season. Today we'll be able to assess the physical condition, recovery and discomfort of the various players, particularly Jordan Lotomba and Khephren Thuram. Based on that, I'll make my choices tomorrow, and it's possible that the team will remain the same as it was at Marseille, or that there will be some changes.'
